Literacy Training

After the first 6months of the project, the Project Manager will begin coordination and outreach to seek employers, stakeholders and partners willing to provide employment opportunities for the blind. Feedback will be provided to training staff and leadership as to the requirement of these employers. During graduation and at the end of every training cycle, blind and partially sighted beneficiaries will be allowed to participate in an exhibition where employers and members of the communities will be invited to see first-hand the skills of these blind and partially
