To build a strong association of the blind, fellowship with one another, by fostering love and care among the blind, maintain peace and harmony, promote independence and reinforce sustainability into becoming self-supporting, with commitment to apply the democratic principles of individual dignity to the underprivileged classs of Liberians who are blind and/or partially sighted in Liberia.
Operate a National Resource Center for the Blind to promote education and Rehabilitation for lifelong Learning opportunities for the blind and partially sighted;
Continuous engagement in advocacy and human rights for the purpose of giving humane treatment to the blind, the exercise of basic rights and the enjoyment of fundamental freedoms on equal basis with the able-body or nondisabled persons;
Organizational development and networking with the Government of Liberia, national organizations, international partners and individual philanthropists;
Empowerment and employment in the labor market for reducing poverty and combating inequalities;
Sport and recreation for social inclusion and economic sustainability;
Transparency and accountability: having strong moral principles and maintaining integrity and responsible leadership;
